SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Packaging Ship, we are committed to delivering your custom packaging on time and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

Production Timeline: All orders enter production after final artwork approval. Typical production timelines are:

  • Cardboard Packaging: 7-10 working days (Mon–Fri)
  • Rigid Box Packaging: 8–10 working days (Mon–Fri)
  • Mylar Bags & Custom Food Packaging: 10-12 working days (Mon–Fri)

Timelines may vary based on order quantity, style, materials, and artwork readiness.

Digital Proof & Production Start. Every order includes a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Please note:

  • Changes requested after proof approval may require a full reprint at the customer’s expense.
  • Physical samples are available on request for large or premium orders and may take up to 10 working days.

Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery: Delivery times begin after production is completed and are estimated in working days (Mon–Fri):

Estimated shipping time 10-15 days

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Carriers We ship with trusted global carriers: DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Carrier selection depends on your destination, shipment size, and chosen shipping option.

Worldwide Coverage We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Asia, and other international destinations. Availability may vary based on local import regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless stated.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees.
  • Customs clearance delays are outside our control.

Shipping Address Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Packaging Ship is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. Reshipment due to address errors may incur additional charges.

Shipping Damage: Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If damage is found:

  • Report within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Partial Shipments: Large or bulk orders may be shipped in multiple cartons. Tracking details for all shipments will be provided.

Delays & Force Majeure Packaging Ship is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We will proactively communicate any known delays.
