Production Timeline

All orders are produced after final artwork approval.

Typical production timelines are as follows:

  • Cardboard Packaging: 8 to 10 working days
  • Rigid Box Packaging: 8 to 10 working days
  • Mylar Bags & Custom Food Packaging: 8 to 10 working days

Production timelines may vary depending on order quantity, box style, materials, finishing options, and artwork readiness.

Digital Proof & Production Start

Every order includes a digital proof for customer approval.

Once the final proof is approved, your order will move into production within a short timeframe. Please note:

  • Changes after approval may require a complete reprint at the customer’s expense.
  • For large or premium orders, physical samples may be requested. Samples typically require up to 10 working days and are available upon request when project timelines allow.

Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes

At Packaging Ship, we offer a range of shipping options to accommodate different budgets and delivery needs. Delivery times are estimated in working days and begin after production is completed.

    • Estimated shipping time: 5 to 7 working days
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders requiring faster delivery.
  2. Standard Shipping
    • Estimated shipping time: 10 to 15 working days
    • The most commonly selected option, offering a balance between speed and cost.
  3. Economy Shipping
    • Estimated shipping time: 20 to 25 working days

Total Delivery Time (Production + Shipping)

The total delivery time is calculated as:

Production Time + Selected Shipping Time

Final delivery estimates may vary based on order complexity, destination, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, the following apply:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes.
  • Customs clearance delays are outside Packaging Ship’s control.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Packaging Ship is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to inaccurate shipping details
  • Any reshipment required due to address errors may incur additional charges.

Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues

Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If damage is identified:

  • Report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged products and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Partial Shipments

For large or bulk orders, shipments may be sent in multiple cartons or partial shipments, depending on packaging requirements. Tracking details for all shipments will be shared accordingly.

Delays & Force Majeure

Packaging Ship is not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or logistical interruptions

We will communicate proactively if delays occur and provide updates on your order status.
