3. Copyright and Intellectual Property All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Packaging Ship or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written consent.
4. Customer Content & Artwork You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, or transmit through our website. By submitting artwork or designs for production, you confirm:

• You own or have the legal right to use all submitted content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws

You grant Packaging Ship a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process your submitted content solely for the purpose of producing your order.

5. Order Placement & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance by Packaging Ship. By submitting an order, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees (if applicable).
• Provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If canceled, you will be notified, and any payments will be refunded per our Refund Policy.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Customs Duties

All prices are in USD. International orders may incur customs duties and import taxes, payable by the customer. For all the US orders, applicable sales tax is added at checkout; no customs duties apply domestically.

7. Design Approval & Production Once you place an order, a digital proof will be provided for your review and approval. Production begins only after your approval. You are solely responsible for verifying:

• Spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Colors, layout, dimensions, and specifications
• Dielines, cut marks, and barcode placement

Packaging Ship is not liable for errors in the final product resulting from customer-approved artwork.

8. Production Timelines Standard production times after artwork approval:

• Cardboard Packaging: 7-10 working days
• Rigid Box Packaging: 8-10 working days
• Mylar Bags & Custom Food Packaging: 10-12 working days

9. Shipping We offer 

• 10-15 working days estimated shipping time

10. Cancellations & Returns Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Orders may be canceled before production begins without charge
• Cancellations after production starts may incur charges or may not be possible
• Returns are only accepted for defective products or errors made by Packaging Ship

11. Quality & Reprints If your order is defective or does not match approved specifications, we will offer a free reprint. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with supporting photographic evidence.
12. Limitation of Liability Packaging Ship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Packaging Ship harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees,  arising out of your use of our website, services, or submitted content.
14. Privacy Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Nassau County, New York.
